The GCRI project is to expand the existing Christian Leprosy Hospital and Clinic in Utter Pradesh (a state in India) which was started by the leader's father in 1975. Uttar Pradesh hosts the highest concentration of lepers in India and India has the largest concentration in the world. The project will include a new structure to be used as a church for a growing Christian population, an assembly training area, welcome center and a residence for a pastor and his family. Other needs include a soundless generator, van to be used as an ambulance and transport vehicle, and a physiotherapy machine.
This hospital/clinic has been a witness for Christ among "the least of these." The addition to this Christian complex with a full-time pastor and church will be a welcome addition to the ministry. The Bible records, on many occasions, Christ’s heart for lepers, please join with us in following in His footsteps.
