The students at Canon Theological College believe that their training will equip them to turn despair into hope in the lives of their countrymen. These servant leaders are being trained to be church-planters in their villages and tribes where they were raised. GCRI purchased a building to serve as their seminary.
A report follows from Harvester Mission (the mission of the seminary):
"This Word comes to our Mission and become very precious to us. The life of Harvester Mission is strengtheed with a new strength. Many times because of lack of finance and many retardations, difficulties are weary, but this very Word encourages our hearts and strengthens us with a new strength for the extension of God's Kingdom. Our church planters don't preach to Christians but to non-Christians and they are doing pioneer evangelism. That's why we face many difficulties and that causes some of us to be upset, but the Lord is so faithful to us and strengthening us again and again for which we praise Him."
